Google OAuth · Data practices
Privacy Policy
Effective: September 21, 2026
This policy applies to the private application “FluxFocus Automation,” operated by OperonCore for the FluxFocusRoom YouTube channel. It is distinct from the separate FluxFocusRoom Pins/Pinterest privacy policy.
1. Who operates the application?
FluxFocus Automation is a private tool operated by OperonCore for its own FluxFocusRoom YouTube channel. Contact: fabricecharles1@gmail.com. The public app information page is https://fluxfocus.operoncore.com/automation/.
2. Google permissions and information accessed
The application uses Google OAuth for two limited purposes:
- YouTube Analytics read-only (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly): retrieve the authorized channel's dates, video identifiers, views, estimated minutes watched, and subscribers gained to prepare seven- and thirty-day performance summaries. - Gmail send-only (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send): send these reports to the channel owner's designated email address. This permission does not authorize reading, deleting, or searching the Gmail inbox.
The application does not request Google account passwords and does not upload, edit, or delete YouTube videos. It does not seek access to other people's channels or inboxes.
3. Why information is used
Only to retrieve the authorized FluxFocus channel's performance statistics, calculate reports, troubleshoot delivery and API errors, and send the owner's scheduled performance summary. The application does not use Google user data for personalized advertising, audience profiling, sale of data, or unrelated purposes.
4. Storage, access and retention
Automation configuration, encrypted OAuth credentials, and workflow execution results are held in the operator's self-hosted n8n system and database on a private VPS. Report copies are sent through Gmail to the channel owner's designated mailbox and remain subject to that mailbox's retention controls. Server logs and backups may include operational records, such as run times, errors, and report data. Workflow execution records are configured for automatic pruning; backups can be retained longer. The owner restricts server access to authorized operators.
5. Sharing and transfers
The application sends performance summaries through Google's Gmail service to the owner's designated account and uses Google's YouTube Analytics API to obtain those summaries. Its self-hosted infrastructure provider processes data as needed to operate the private server. It does not sell Google user data, publish the reports publicly, or transfer Google user data to data brokers or advertising platforms. Google processes information according to its own applicable terms when its services are used.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
FluxFocus Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The application uses Google API data only to provide the reporting features described above, and does not use it to create advertising profiles.
7. Your choices and deletion
The owner can disconnect the Google credentials in n8n, remove reports from the mailbox, and revoke access through Google Account connections. For a request to remove retained workflow data or OAuth credentials from the self-hosted system and applicable backups, contact fabricecharles1@gmail.com. Revoking access stops further API collection, but does not automatically erase previously sent emails or server backups.
8. Visitors to this public page
This public site does not ask visitors to connect their Google accounts and does not embed a private automation dashboard. Standard web-server access logs may record request metadata such as IP address, time, path, and user agent for site operations and security. This static page does not set its own tracking cookies or use third-party advertising pixels.
9. Updates and contact
This policy will be updated if the application's Google data use changes. Questions: fabricecharles1@gmail.com.
